Our History
akp formed in 1994, evolved from the original Andrew Kerr Partnership, a design and project management consultancy. The three founding directors combined their construction knowledge base with management/surveying expertise, to form the core of today’s project management approach or “what matters to all project partners” ethos.
Through a realisation of the crucial need in the industry at that time for flexible contractors offering quality solutions, akp quickly filled that niche and today employs 100 people based in its new headquarters in East Kilbride.
Those people make akp what is it today – with three separate divisions focusing on construction, interiors and healthcare contracting, serving a growing UK client base.
