As part of our continued sustainability drive, we have returned an old upright piano back to its original home at Newland Nursery Glasgow.

The piano was bound for the skip when akp arrived on site at what was then Newland Bowling Club. But, our Corporate Social Responsibility Team stepped in and salvaged the piano to akp’s head office in East Kilbride, where it has been stored for the last few months.

The bowling club, now Newland Nursery and part of The Glasgow Academy estate, has today taken delivery of the piano just in time for christmas and lots of christmas carols!
