The Role:

Would be responsible for the day to day management of new build/refurbishment projects (£100K - £10million). Reporting to one of three business divisions

Responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed safely, on time, to budget and to the highest standard of workmanship.

Will be expected to develop Customer Relations to enable repeat business to be secured.

The Candidate:

Strong interpersonal and people management  skills

Good Communication – used to dealing directly with client and end users

Health and Safety awareness and ability to manage on site

Education:

5 day CITB SMTS Course

First Aid

Experience:

5 years experience in a similar position.

Health & Safety aware and good technical knowledge.

Good administration skills

Control of site to financial budget.

Demonstrate an ability to control and manage sub-contractors.

Ability to meet programme deadlines
