The Role:

Report directly to Operations Manager

The Candidate:

Demonstrate a proven track record in completing projects to tight time scales and deadlines within a fit out environment.

Commercially focussed and contractually aware, e.g. able to minimise costs and maximise production.

Able to communicate, motivate and manage site teams on fast track projects.

Show a track record in Customer Service.

Liaise with Estimating and Surveying Departments to ensure commercial viability of projects.

Education:

Have high level of Health & Safety Awareness and Trained to a minimum 5 day SMTS

Experience:

Experienced in all aspects of fit out contracting with a proven track record of completing shop fitting projects on time.

Strong interpersonal and people skills

Used to operating in a disciplined, professional way using the company’s various QA systems and resources.

Computer literate with ability to programme projects - ideally be professionally qualified, i.e. CIOB or similar.
