The Gatehouse, Hamilton

The fitting out of a "B" Listed stone built single storey gatehouse with slate roof.
The project comprised: new plasterboard linings to stone walls, installation of new timber floor joists, windows, doors and ironmongery, plasterboard linings to ceiling & roof, insulation, and decorative finishes. 
Mains services were installed along with internal services and sanitary fittings.
Finally an external disabled persons access ramp was constructed.
