Central College, Refectory and Classrooms
Summary of the works comprise, local refurbishment of rooms and areas within the 8 storey concrete frame Charles Oakley Building.
The project included alteration and extension of the existing refectory, refurbishment and alterations to several class/ lecture rooms, upgrading of floor and ceiling finishes, decoration works, upgrade of M&E services, alterations and upgrades as well as installation of new furniture and fitments.
