Contracts Case Studies

Glasgow Caledonian University, George Moore Building

The project consisted of stripping out of the existing ceilings, partitions, electrics, mechanical installation, data and comms room.
The fit out consisted of the creation of new offices, lecture rooms and computer rooms, whilst installing a new mechanical heating and cooling system, new suspended ceilings and lighting complete with new comms room, data and electrics along with floor finishes and decoration.
akp's understanding of our client's expectations and offering solutions to the design team, enabled akp to deliver the project on programme, within budget, under tight timescales, enabling the University to open to the students at the start of the new semester .
