Tower Building - renovation of existing beauty therapy suites comprising new stud partitions, new floor finishes, new wall finishes, new suspended ceilings and the reinstatement of old suspended ceiling. There are also new electrical fittings throughout, as well as reinstating existing sanitary ware and new toilet cubicles & vanity/kitchen units and some minor mechanical works.
Recreational Building - Works to the recreational building consist of new waterproofing and concrete screed to swimming pool including heating, new floor finishes throughout, new sanitary ware , new electrical fittings and a new ventilation system , new joinery to gym and finishes including door sets.
