Contracts Case Studies

University of Strathclyde, Graham Hills Building

The design and installation of temporary propping system to support the building during the removal of structural members and the construction of new steel framework presented an exceptional technical, managerial and design challenge for our team.
To minimise noise and vibration and overall disturbance to the building's occupiers we used robotic demolition to crush the redundant columns in-situ instead of traditional percussion tools. The project was handed over on time.
