Job Type 1:     The complete internal refurbishment opf the existing Level 01 to form a Gynaecology unit comprising 2 operating theatres,  2  anaesthetic  rooms, wards, consulting rooms and office.

Job Type 2:     The demolition and removal of the existing concrete pedestrian access ramps. The erection of a new 2 storey level 01 and level 00 extension including a shell space, formed by structural steel frame and rendered cladding and window construction to forma  shell space.

Job Type 3 :   The complete internal refurbishment of a large delivery room to form a new theatre on level 03 with associated plant on level 04 and the conversion of offices on level 01 to form 5 additional  bed areas.

 Job Type 4:    The construction of two new roof mounted plant rooms to cater for new theatre and new ward demand. Also included is the installation of three new water micro filtration units and water tanks to the existing Plant room.
