The start of the refurbishment included stripping out existing electrical and mechanical installations, replacing windows and doors, altering lay-out installations and landscaping the exterior.
New kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms were also fitted and new flooring was laid throughout.
McNair & Rutherford House now provide care and treatment for up to 40 individuals from 16-65 years of age who are experiencing wide ranging mental health difficulties of a severe and/or enduring nature.
