The project consisted of the total refurbishment of the Neo Natal Unit, female changing area and equipment store room.
The works included the upgrade and refurbishment, which included downtakings, internal alterations, internal fit out, mechanical and electrical installations, medical gases installations, plumbing, drainage and decoration.
A major element of the works was installing twelve service pendant units within the neo natal unit.
