akp was involved at the pre contact stage to develop and value engineer a solution which would satisfy the client's business objectives.
The facility included a commercial kitchen and bar facility which involved close liaison with various direct client suppliers to incorporate their work packages into the base fit out works.
The project comprised of M&E installations, extensive works to form two independent conference suites, new dedicated toilet facilities, commercial bar and kitchen facilities, V&D installations, lighting and associated control systems.
The project was handed over for the client's first booking, on time and within budget.
