The project was a ‘fast track' fit out carried out in two phases, which consisted of three floors in each phase, circa 50,000sq ft.
akp worked closely with the design team offering solutions and build ability to the design.
The scope of works consisted off downtakings and the fit out of the six floors, which incorporated design and installation of M&E inclusive of a new communications room and the latest technology incorporating video conferencing and audio visual equipment, glazed meeting rooms, break-out areas, feature gateways, ceiling rafts and a cafeteria.
akp's knowledge of the customer's needs allowed us to work with the design team to ensure the project was delivered on time, to budget and beyond our customer's expectations
