akp was appointed as principal contractor for the refurbishment of this 45,000 sq ft project. The project was the refurbishment of both wings and central core area on 5 floors of the property.
The project consisted of stripping out of the existing ceilings, partitions, electrics, mechanical, toilets, data and communications rooms.
The new "fit out" consisted of new mechanical heating and cooling installation, new lighting, data and electrics complete with new suspended ceilings and the installation of new toilets and decoration to both wings and the central core area of each floor level.
