The project consisted of alterations to the existing mechanical & electrical installation, additional mechanical heating and cooling installation, creating a new communications room with new offices, meeting rooms and boardroom with reception area, kitchen and tea preps along with break out areas, floor finishes and decoration.
This included the installation of WAP and video conferencing to enable Fairhurst's access to business technology tools in a comfortable and tailored setting.
