akp had previously refurbished the building into open plan offices.
The fit out included, formation of offices and meetings rooms, new floor finishes, modifications to lighting and power distribution, modifications to the air conditioning
systems, the installation of a communication network, the formation of a kitchen and tea preparation and breakout area, all flooring and decoration to completion.
