Its location alone, created various problems due to access, welfare and skip location and receiving deliveries.
The project brief was to strip out all the existing partitioning, ceilings, fixtures and fittings and refit the area with all new finishes.
The various works included the installation of an internal air handling unit, mounted above the new suspended ceiling, air conditioning, a raised access floor and the formation of several meeting rooms and offices. The project was completed under budget and to the client's complete satisfaction
