The Home Office, Festival Court
akp worked closely with the client's agent and design team.
The Communication room required to be completed in advance to allow new installations to this building together with the provision of links to the other two adjacent Home Office buildings.
This project entailed full M&E installations, specialist IT throughout the building and specialist security arrangements.
This also included a requirement for new raised access floor, secure fire partitions to protected areas, demountable partitions together with bi-folding screens for flexible spaces.
The project was completed to the client's satisfaction within timescale and budget.
