We all had a great time at the akp Family Fun Day and Barbecue on Saturday,4th July,2009. This get together was to recognise our newly acquired Investors in People status and it included; Bouncy Castles,Sumo Suits, Beat The Goalie,Facepainting,Tug of War, Fun Rugby, Music,Tombola Stall ,Games, Ice Cream,BBQ Food & Refreshments.
Because it was American Independence Day we had flags and bunting and a colourful theme at the various outdoor tents and stalls.
The general fun and enjoyment on the afternoon led many to think that it could be an annual event.
It was hosted at Cambuslang Rugby Club,Langlea Road ,Cambuslang and the club representatives worked so hard on the day to make sure everything went well,and it did!
