The 6th floor works involved strip out, Replacement of VRV system and lighting. Strip out of non-structural partitions and small power. Replacement of metal suspended ceilings and carpets and redecoration of the full floor.
George Dillet, akp Scotland Business Unit Manager East commented; “This is another great contract win for akp’s Edinburgh team. The project was delivered within the constraints of Edinburgh’s busy city centre and this is an environment our team were well versed working within. During the project the remaining floors continued as live office environments. This situation is something which akp have learnt to treat particularly sensitively to accommodate those tenants within close proximity to the works taking place.”
