This included building several offices and a new boardroom with special acoustic and glazed partitions for sound integrity. M&E work consisted of special ventilation and feature dimmable lighting throughout. The kitchen and breakout zones were designed as relaxing areas.

A large element of the project was bespoke joinery including a special reception desk and a feature display wall with graphics depicting the routes of the whisky trade. The offices were finished with high quality flooring and decoration.
