We have recently completed alteration and fit out works for the largest Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics Company in the UK, Alpha LSG based at the Air Cargo Centre, Glasgow International Airport.
This is the 2nd project akp Scotland Ltd have completed for Alpha, previously having been commissioned by them to create a new catering unit, bond store and offices facilities.
One of the particular challenges arising from this project centred around the highly sensitive nature of the facility and many of its contents, coupled with Alpha’s security measures, which akp operatives adopted in order to access the site on a daily basis.

The Operations and Commercial teams have been excellent throughout and have been very supportive and proactive in their approach. I would like to especially thank Project Manager John for his efforts over the last couple of weeks, which were difficult at times for reasons out with his control, but he pulled a lot of rabbits out of the hat and got us over the line. Yet again, thank you for all your efforts and hopefully I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the near future.

Probably my favourite project to have worked on! A great professional team, highly knowledgeable and skilled and with a great sense of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.

School / WLC were extremely appreciative of how John and team carried out works, excellent lines of communication with school throughout. Also, the site housekeeping, co-ordination, health and safety were all excellent.
