The works for this project demanded a full internal strip out of the previous tenant’s fixtures and fittings followed by at CAT B fit out.

akp built a breakout zone, kitchen café and a number of meeting rooms. This included glass screens, partitions, bespoke reception desk and lighting and window boards and cills.

Full mechanical and electrical work was installed which compiled of ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, small power and data and comms.
