Hymans Robertson, the actuarial, pensions and financial services consultancy became the first tenant to sign up for 30 Semple Street by leasing the fifth and sixth floors – about 14,700 sq ft of space that comes with roof-top terraces.

30 Semple Street has recently undergone a major redevelopment, making it one of the greenest buildings in Scotland. The building is one of the first in Scotland to achieve BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, a design-reviewed NABERS 5* target rating and a Platinum Airscore.

Levels 5 and 6 have been added onto the existing building and boost full height curtain glazing to the perimeter with fantastic views of the castle and the surrounding areas.
