Work has commenced at Lainshaw Primary School with the kids getting a supervised tour of the construction site. Staff and key council members were also present to witness the beginning of this fantastic education development for young learners. Although the hard hats and hi-vis vests were very new and alien to them, the kids couldn’t hide their excitement for their new early childhood centre. The modern single-storey extension, with its large picture windows, will provide bright, attractive learning and teaching accommodation for the little ones and their teachers.
I want to take the opportunity to thank the akp team. The transformation is fantastic and I’m sure the children, staff and local community will enjoy their new facility for many years.
The Operations and Commercial teams have been excellent throughout and have been very supportive and proactive in their approach. I would like to especially thank Project Manager John for his efforts over the last couple of weeks, which were difficult at times for reasons out with his control, but he pulled a lot of rabbits out of the hat and got us over the line. Yet again, thank you for all your efforts and hopefully I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the near future.

Probably my favourite project to have worked on! A great professional team, highly knowledgeable and skilled and with a great sense of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.

School / WLC were extremely appreciative of how John and team carried out works, excellent lines of communication with school throughout. Also, the site housekeeping, co-ordination, health and safety were all excellent.
This is the second time we have used akp for a fit out project in Glasgow, and I would have no hesitation recommending them or using them again.
