This project was awarded by the Landlord ReAssure Limited for the fit out of the reception area at 151-155 St Vincent Street.

The project is within an iconic building located in the heart of Glasgow’s central business district, occupying a highly prominent position on the corner of St Vincent Street and West Campbell Street.

The reception has been reconfigured to create a social space for tenants in the building, while retaining a welcoming entrance and waiting area.

To deliver a design unique to the building, we incorporated multiple bespoke elements, including feature acoustic wall panels, ceiling baffles, and mesh panels surrounding the new stair and directory screens. The palette was inspired by copper and its natural oxidization process, which creates a distinctive blue-green patina.

• Re-orientation of existing concrete access stair
• New lighting
• Feature ceiling & wall finishes
• Decoration
• Internal refurbishment of existing lifts and floor finishes
• Associated electrical and mechanical alterations
