The Maxim Office Park is located in Eurocentral, Scotland’s largest industrial estate comprising warehouse distribution centres, factories and office accommodation. With 10 buildings built in a single phase in 2010, Maxim is also the UK’s largest speculatively built office park.
akp were appointed to undertake the Cat A and Cat B fit out of Levels 2 and Level 3 by client Aviva. The works included:
- Full M&E services install
- New raised access floor tiles
- Enclose existing atrium with Glass
- Temporary partitions on levels 0 & 1
- Windowsills
- Suspended ceiling
- Roofing repairs
- Flooring
- Decoration
Due to the success of this project we were awarded the CAT A and Cat B fit out of Maxim 9 for the US healthcare technology company LumiraDX.

At project handover, akp offer a demonstration video for the tenant or building manager which can cover anything from the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, security systems to ensure they have comprehensive knowledge of the building’s technology.
