We are pleased to report that our Dentons and AECOM Fit Out projects were recognised in this year’s BCO (British Council for Offices) Awards.

Albeit both were pipped at the post, nevertheless they fought off tough competition during the application process which attracted a vast quantity of submissions.

Both went onto hold up under the scrutiny of the on-site judging days, where each space was analysed on topics including, sustainability and putting people and communities first.

Held at the Grand Central Hotel, the BCO’s annual Scottish Awards Lunch recognises projects that demonstrate best practice in office design, fit out, operation and sustainability, setting the standard for excellence across the sector.

The shortlisted projects stood out for their drive to set new sustainability benchmarks, as well as for ensuring occupiers and local communities were at the heart of each development.

Our Dentons fit out was shortlisted in the Fit Out of Workplace Category, whilst our AECOM project in the Commercial Workplace category.

The Dentons space had already obtained award-winning status, after collecting Project of the Year: Workplace Interiors 15,000 – 30,000 sq ft at Mixology North23 in December. As well as receiving a Considerate Constructors “Excellent” Certificate and a BREEAM “Excellent” Certificate.
