Lab Fit Out Handover
We have recently handed over the fit out of the teaching and research laboratories within the newly extended UWS Edzell building for The University of the West of Scotland,working alongside Atkins, FES and Faithful + Gould.

I want to take the opportunity to thank the akp team. The transformation is fantastic and I’m sure the children, staff and local community will enjoy their new facility for many years.
The Operations and Commercial teams have been excellent throughout and have been very supportive and proactive in their approach. I would like to especially thank Project Manager John for his efforts over the last couple of weeks, which were difficult at times for reasons out with his control, but he pulled a lot of rabbits out of the hat and got us over the line. Yet again, thank you for all your efforts and hopefully I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the near future.
I would like to thank Martin McColl, Mark Smith and the team at akp for delivering the refurbishment at New Aspect House. Blantyre.
Started and completed during a global pandemic, its a project none of us will forget and it was not without it challenges.

School / WLC were extremely appreciative of how John and team carried out works, excellent lines of communication with school throughout. Also, the site housekeeping, co-ordination, health and safety were all excellent.
This is the second time we have used akp for a fit out project in Glasgow, and I would have no hesitation recommending them or using them again.
