Beeks Financial Cloud Group is a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets. Beeks moved into the nearby Lumina Building in 2019 however a period of considerable growth has necessitated a move into the Riverside Business Park in Braehead which is 3 times the square footage.
The office needed to provide a flexible, contemporary workplace for Beeks staff supporting their wellbeing and sustainable values.
Furniture items, including meeting pods, breakfast bars, banquette sesating and cosy nooks offer a variety of workplace settings and provide future flexibility. A fully fitted gym, games table and bar was also installed.
A contemporary look and feel to the office area was achieved with an uplifting natural palette of blues, greys and yellows together with modern fixtures and fittings.
The works comprised; removal of former tenant installed partitions, part removal of ceilings, installation of demountable partitions, doors, ceilings, M&E installations, flooring, kitchen units/worktops, Welfare (WC’s/Showers)., decoration, data installations.

The Operations and Commercial teams have been excellent throughout and have been very supportive and proactive in their approach. I would like to especially thank Project Manager John for his efforts over the last couple of weeks, which were difficult at times for reasons out with his control, but he pulled a lot of rabbits out of the hat and got us over the line. Yet again, thank you for all your efforts and hopefully I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the near future.

Probably my favourite project to have worked on! A great professional team, highly knowledgeable and skilled and with a great sense of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.

School / WLC were extremely appreciative of how John and team carried out works, excellent lines of communication with school throughout. Also, the site housekeeping, co-ordination, health and safety were all excellent.
This is the second time we have used akp for a fit out project in Glasgow, and I would have no hesitation recommending them or using them again.
