The Construction Scotland Innovation Centre is one of eight industry led and demand driven Innovation Centres supported by Scottish Funding Council, Scottish Enterprise, Highlands & Islands Enterprise and 13 Scottish university partners (specifically Napier University on this one). They can provide businesses with a ‘one-stop shop’ for accessing a team of experts and public support.
akp were delighted to be chosen as Principal Contractor to carry out the refurbishment of the office area and provision of services to warehouse area. New 60 min fire rated screen, glass partitioning, folding wall mechanical & electrical services, soft flooring, kitchens, storage walls and decoration were also installed.

The Operations and Commercial teams have been excellent throughout and have been very supportive and proactive in their approach. I would like to especially thank Project Manager John for his efforts over the last couple of weeks, which were difficult at times for reasons out with his control, but he pulled a lot of rabbits out of the hat and got us over the line. Yet again, thank you for all your efforts and hopefully I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the near future.

Probably my favourite project to have worked on! A great professional team, highly knowledgeable and skilled and with a great sense of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.

School / WLC were extremely appreciative of how John and team carried out works, excellent lines of communication with school throughout. Also, the site housekeeping, co-ordination, health and safety were all excellent.
This is the second time we have used akp for a fit out project in Glasgow, and I would have no hesitation recommending them or using them again.
