This project is an example of the high specification finishes that our clients expect and receive from akp. This is the first time Ferrari has awarded an additional franchise for over 15 years, making this the second Ferrari dealership in Scotland and the fifth dealership for the Sytner Group.
The new state-of-art facility features a 10 car showroom for new Ferrari cars from the current product range. It also has a wide range of cars available through the Ferrari Approved programme, which covers cars up to 15 years old.
The project also has a fully-equipped workshop staffed by world-class Ferrari-trained Technicians. The showroom is located in a prime and prominent luxury automotive location, easily accessible from the M8 and close to Glasgow Airport.
Works included; extensive structural alterations and internal remodelling, wall, floor and ceiling finishes, new bespoke furniture and fittings imported from Italy, new M & E, new external cladding, new internal / external signage and redecoration.

The Operations and Commercial teams have been excellent throughout and have been very supportive and proactive in their approach. I would like to especially thank Project Manager John for his efforts over the last couple of weeks, which were difficult at times for reasons out with his control, but he pulled a lot of rabbits out of the hat and got us over the line. Probably my favourite project to have worked on! A great professional team, highly knowledgeable and skilled and with a great sense of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.
