The works entailed forming a new extension to the lower end of the school (South East Elevation) to encompass a new Early Learning Centre which will be accessed via the current building by a link corridor.
The extension is a single storey timber kit erected on a brick, block and concrete solumn and a mixture of curtain walling, metal panel walls, brick plinths and Sarnafil Roof.
There was a full fit out of the extension covering dry lining, floating floors, new windows, new doors, suspended ceilings, soft floor coverings and full M&E works.
The external phase of the works encompassed hard and soft landscaping to form children’s play area with resin bound play top, artificial grass and planters.

The Operations and Commercial teams have been excellent throughout and have been very supportive and proactive in their approach. I would like to especially thank Project Manager John for his efforts over the last couple of weeks, which were difficult at times for reasons out with his control, but he pulled a lot of rabbits out of the hat and got us over the line. Yet again, thank you for all your efforts and hopefully I get the opportunity to work with you all again in the near future.

Probably my favourite project to have worked on! A great professional team, highly knowledgeable and skilled and with a great sense of pride in what they do. I would highly recommend them.
